In October 2009, we completed a sports shop in Ostrava-Poruba. The building is located next to the frequently used road between Ostrava and Poruba. It is passed by 30.000 cars each day, so construction process itself was under watch from the beginning.
In particular, the speed with which the space between the residential houses a new building raised - in fact it was the hours - caused a lot of interest among locals. The building process itself from placement of the modules on the foundations to final completion took 23 days. The building complies with hygiene, fire protection and energy requirements, which are currently being placed on newly built constructions. Every detail has been consulted with project manager, who is an important part of each project and who is preparing project documentation for investor to apply for building permittions. From the point of view of investor to have a good project manager means to have a control of the works progress from the stage of preparation to actual on-site construction and ensurement of coordination of all professions, which are added during the construction process.
