Business partner of Fagus in Denmark, company Pro-trans, asked us for new office building of their daughter company Container Care in Göteborg. Construction was built within 6 weeks on sea edge nearby one of several Göteborg’s ferry ports.Architecture of building including outside coating solution fits both in material, and in colour, to surroudings where the building is located.
In this case air ventilated facade from Danish producers Cembrit was aplicated. This facade has a great material and colour stability suitable for seaside areas. Facade panels are aplicated on framed grounds, assembly needs very precise setting because of visible joints and rivets that must be put in same distances.
Second roof has incination to back side with rain water gutters and downpipes not to disturb face side view on the building. Air condition is solved by integrated internal units in hinged cealing. Construction after finish raised a great response and there was even some artical with pictures in local newspapers.
