Construction, finished in February 2009, promotes itself both from exterior and interior very succesfully also from architectural view.
Facade is insulated plaster, with surface of coloured silicate material with mild grain, large space is lightened with wooden grid made from siberian larch lackuered in window and door frames coulour.
Central heating system pipes are lead in floor construction and it allowed to low heat panels being placed in front of windows, which are high from floor to hinged ceiling panels. Windows are an expressive part of interior, that is harmonized in pleasant natural design in total.
Entrance hall in ground floor dominates tailor-made staircase with steps made from white agate wood.
